First Letter Processing

Requirement List to Fill up 1^st Letter Form of EDV -2013 :

• Citizenship of applicant & spouse and children’s birth certificate.
• All certificates of academic qualification (applicant, spouse and children).
• All training certificate of applicant. (if applicable)
• Work experience letter of applicant and spouse. (if applicable)
• 2 piece photograph of applicant, Spouse and Children. (Photo 2Х2 size)
• Present occupation of applicant and Spouse.
• Marital status and date of marriage. (if applicable)
• Name, Date of birth, Place of birth and present address of Father and Mother of Applicant and spouse. (if dead, provide the year of death).
• Leaving address of applicant and spouse minimum six month since reaching the age of 16.
• Present address.
• Address of sponsor. (if applicable)
• Mailing address for 2^nd letter.
• Confirmation Number (Compulsory)
